Lisa Eismen Writer/Director
Lisa Eismen is a writer, director, filmmaker and musician that originally hails from Chicago.
She is dedicated to telling stories in an evocative way. She has completed her first documentary, GAME CHANGER, in 2014 which screened in several festivals. She is now in post-production on her documentary WOMEN IN BLUES. Her theatre direction has taken the one-woman show, V.D., throughout Australia and oversees in 2014. V.D. continues to hit the stage with force in 2017. Her music videos have been screened in festivals. She has been a Gala Finalist and People’s Choice Runner up for the short play competition Short and Sweet many years over. Lisa has written and directed over 20 plays both long and short form. She has written and directed over seven short films including 3D animation and a 12-part informational series. She runs a workshop for HSC drama students in a director’s role.
