National Blues Museum – Women of the Blues – Featured Exhibit

The Women of the Blues: A Coast to Coast Collection will be the featured exhibit on display January 7, 2017 through March 31, 2017 at the National Blues Museum, 615 Washington Ave, St Louis. The museum is an ideal location for the appreciation and education of true blues lovers. Additional photos have been added to fill the wall space of the exhibit including some wonderful images by Co-Sponsor Amanda Gresham. Thanks also to Co-Sponsor Barbara Hammerman.


University of Chicago Medical Center – Women of the Blues Exhibit

October 3, 2016 thru December 12th, 2016 the Women of the Blues: A Coast to Coast Collection is on display at the University of Chicago Medical Center, 5840 S. Maryland Avenue Sky Bridge between the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM) and Parking Lot A garage. The exhibit is on the walls of the Sky Bridge walkway on Level 2, on display for visitors and staff to view, enjoy and be educated.

Over 450 people attended the Chicago Blues Festival Kickoff reception on Wednesday, June 8, at the Firecat Projects gallery.
